Abstract
Lysates of three different coliphage were sterilized by filtration through Selas, Millipore GVWP, and Millipore GS filters. Phage titers were comparable when either the Selas or Millipore GVWP (hydrophilic) filters were used; however, the GVWP filters were faster and could accommodate more lysate before the filters clogged. The Millipore GS (hydrophobic) filters were unsatisfactory.Entities:
