Abstract
Melorheostosis is an unusual sclerotic dysplasia of bone. We describe a patient with melorheostosis who showed improvement in pain and vasomotor function after treatment with nifedipine. Peripheral vascular disturbances may be responsible for the pain associated with this disorder and vascular abnormalities could possibly be related to the pathogenesis of this disease.Entities:
