Abstract
Three patients exhibiting acute onset of proximal forearm pain and muscle weakness are reviewed. After nonoperative therapy failed, surgical exploration revealed compression of the median nerve at the level of the lacertus fibrosus. All three patients experienced complete recovery after release of the lacertus fibrosus.Entities:
