Abstract
Three cases of angiosarcoma presenting as diffuse pulmonary infiltrates are described and the clinical presentations, histologic findings, and differential diagnosis are discussed. Primary pulmonary angiosarcomas are extremely rare and require careful clinical evaluation to exclude metastases from the heart, pericardium, pulmonary arterial trunk, and distant extrathoracic sites.Entities:
