Abstract
Alertness was preserved in a 47-year-old hypertensive man who acutely develop headache, cranial nerve abnormalities, weakness and dysmetria. Computerized tomography revealed a bilateral pontine tegmental hemorrhage. This is the first well-documented case of bilateral pontine tegmental hemorrhage with a completely normal mental status.Entities:
