Granular cell tumor of the pancreas.

Abstract

We report a rare granular cell tumor of the pancreas. We take this to be the second report of such a tumor in this location, and the first to be diagnosed before death. Endoscopy, angiography, and finally laparotomy were critical in establishing the diagnosis.
