Abstract
We report a case of multiple aneurysms with subarachnoid hemorrhage in which CT was inconclusive as to the source of bleeding and in which the angiographic criteria were misleading. Magnetic resonance demonstrated a focal subarachnoid hematoma adjacent to the ruptured aneurysm.Entities:
