Abstract
Classic migraine appears to be due to a primary focal change in cerebral neuronal metabolism associated with a spreading reduction in cerebral blood flow. Abnormalities of platelets and certain vasoactive amines have been found but we are still a long way from understanding the pathogenesis of migraine.Entities:
