Abstract
The number of mononucleate and multinucleate Leydig cells per unit area of the testis was determined in normal adult men using the peroxidase-anti-peroxidase method for testosterone detection. The results of this study indicate that the number of multinucleate Leydig cells increases markedly with age, whereas the total Leydig cell population decreases.Entities:
