Abstract
A case of malignant melanocytic schwannoma in the lumbar region is presented. The patient, a 55-year-old man, stated that the tumour had been present for 40 years before it started to enlarge. The tumour was identical with cellular blue naevus, which very rarely undergoes malignant transformation, as described in this case.Entities:
