Abstract
True hermaphroditism was diagnosed when a male was evaluated for inguinal swelling and hematuria. A true hermaphrodite rarely has bilaterally descended gonads. This patient had intrascrotal ovotestes. Diagnosis and management of the true hermaphrodite are reviewed.Entities:
