Abstract
Intracranial lipoma is an uncommon lesion that has been well described in both the neurosurgical and neuroradiological literature for many years. This lesion is usually only an incidental finding, but it may be symptomatic. The authors describe a case of symptomatic intracranial lipoma of the superior medullary velum with emphasis on the correlation between computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging in evaluation of the lesion.Entities:
