Abstract
Vertebral hemangiomas have usually been treated by resection following preoperative arterial embolization. A case is presented in which no feeding tumor vessels were demonstrable angiographically. The tumor was resected by an anterolateral transthoracic approach without preoperative embolization. There was progressive postoperative improvement of the myelopathy.Entities:
