Abstract
The case of a 53-year-old man with idiopathic cholestasis due to Hodgkin's disease illustrates the difficulty in making a definitive diagnosis and the limitations of noninvasive imaging studies. Hodgkin's disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of profound intrahepatic cholestasis.Entities:
