A case of diphallia.

B Landy, R Signer, L Oetjen.

Abstract

We report a case of diphallia, associated with imperforate anus and pyloric stenosis. All of these systems can be involved when a single umbilical artery is found. Diphallia is a rare anomaly, occurring once in approximately 5,500,000 births. It has been reported less than seventy-five times.
