Abstract
A 74-year-old man was surgically treated owing to incarcerated right inguinal hernia. Following surgery, he developed a focal hemorrhagic testicular infarct localized in the anterior pole of the right testis. The cause of the infarct seemed to bei either thrombosis or compression by edema of the veins draining the testis.Entities:
