Abstract
The case of a man who was injured by a stroke of lightning while using the telephone is reported. The patient sustained paralysis, sensory symptoms, otological disturbance and pathognomonic dendriform cutaneous marks (Lichtenberg figures). The relevant literature is reviewed, and the epidemiology and preventive measures are discussed.Entities:
