Abstract
Generalized lichen nitidus refractory to topical and systemic corticosteroids completely responded to PUVA. The similarity of lichen nitidus to lichen planus and the presumed lymphocytotoxic effect of PUVA were the bases for our use of oral photochemotherapy.Mesh：
