Abstract
Twenty-one patients with high transsphincteric fistulas treated by the seton technique were re-examined after two to 14 years. None had recurrent fistulas, but 13 (62 percent) had some degree of continence disturbances. All patients with anal deformities had continence disorders.Entities:
