Abstract
A 17-year-old girl developed downward and lateral displacement of the right eye secondary to a fluctuant mass in the anterior portion of the orbit superonasally. Computed tomography demonstrated a rounded, nonhomogeneous, cystic lesion. Histopathologic examination after complete surgical excision disclosed a dermoid cyst lined by conjunctival epithelium.Entities:
