Abstract
We report a case of hyperprolactinemia and long-standing gynecomastia associated with a hypernephroma. After radical nephrectomy serum prolactin returned to normal and remained so for 4 years without evidence of tumor recurrence. Potential explanations for the observed concurrent findings and the literature are discussed.Entities:
