Incorporation of corpora cavernosa in bulbous urethral artificial urinary sphincter.

Abstract

The management of a nonambulatory patient with total urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy is discussed. The corpora cavernosa were used in the placement of an artificial urinary sphincter after previous erosion to provide continence.
