Massive splenomegaly as the presenting manifestation of sarcoidosis.

Abstract

Giant splenomegaly in an otherwise asymptomatic 28-year-old black man with sarcoidosis is described. Splenomegaly resolved after only 10 weeks of prednisone therapy.
