Abdominal aortic aneurysm in infancy subsequent to perinephric abscess.

Abstract

Abdominal aortic aneurysms of any cause are rarely seen in the childhood age group and present most frequently in adults. An infant is presented who developed a mycotic abdominal aortic aneurysm secondary to a large perinephric abscess.
