Abstract
Angiosarcoma is a malignant tumour of the vascular endothelial cell that rarely occurs in the head and neck. We present two cases arising in the nasopharynx after radiotherapy. The role of radiotherapy in carcinogenesis is considered with reference to the delay between treatment of a primary head and neck tumour and presentation with the second primary.Entities:
