Host response in childhood neurocysticercosis. Some pathological aspects.

Abstract

The autopsy findings in 18 cases of childhood neurocysticercosis are described. Twelve of the children had died from other causes. Asymptomatic disease correlated with immunodeficiency and with negative serum anticysticercosis antibody test.
