The role of chemotherapy in the treatment of penile metastases from carcinoma of the bladder.

Abstract

Four cases of metastasis to the penis from transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the bladder are reported, with special regard to the improved prognosis using combination chemotherapy. The possible routes of tumour spread are discussed.
