Abstract
In this study I dealt with two principal aspects of the seemingly irrational subject of chronic open-angle glaucoma: surgery for chronic open-angle glaucoma, and the unique pattern of damage encountered in chronic open-angle glaucoma. Available surgical procedures were treated as a continuous series, depending on the amount of pressure-lowering expected. Vascular interaction was hypothesized to explain the typical pattern of damage.Entities:
