Abstract
We report an individual with Type I nonneuronopathic Gaucher's disease who experienced the rare complication of spinal cord compression secondary to a sclerotic vertebral fracture. He successfully underwent anterolateral spinal cord decompression and spinal fusion despite the severity of his generalized skeletal disease.Entities:
