Abstract
The Hepanostika micro-ELISA System was used, with some modifications, for the indirect detection of anti-HBs antibodies. The proposed method is rapid, easy to perform, reproducible, and specific and approaches radioimmunoassay in sensitivity (92.6% agreement). An advantage over radioimmunoassay is the possibility of revealing antibodies in sera containing immune complexes, but this will require further investigation.Mesh：
