Abstract
Two cases of hairy cell leukaemia (HCL) presenting in brothers with a 14 year interval are described. Familial HCL has been described previously in two kinships but not in the UK. Both brothers had worked as car mechanics for some time but apart from this no other recognized shared environmental or genetic risk factors were identified.Entities:
