Abstract
We report a 42-year-old patient with an 11-year history of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who presented 8 years later with haemoptysis and was found to have multiple pulmonary opacities with histological features of bronchocentric granulomatosis (BCG). The association between BCG and RA is discussed and the literature is reviewed.Entities:
