Abstract
A 6 day old infant had neonatal lupus erythematosus manifested by rash, haemolytic anaemia, and hepatosplenomegaly. His mother was asymptomatic until eight months of pregnancy. Between 7 and 10 weeks he had recurrent seizures with hypocalcaemia. Other causes of convulsions were excluded. By 14 weeks various abnormalities had largely disappeared.Entities:
