Abstract
A patient is presented with calyceal rupture and perirenal urinoma formation secondary to distal ureteral obstruction by cervical carcinoma. Preoperative diagnosis was established with computed tomography and renal scan. Surgical placement of an indwelling ureteral stent resolved the urinoma. Causes of perirenal urine extravasation and approaches to diagnosis and management are reviewed.Entities:
