Preperitoneal herniorrhaphy: adjunct to cesarean section.

Abstract

A case of inguinal hernia repair at the time of repeat cesarean section is described. The success of the repair and the patient's uneventful recovery suggest that these procedures can be combined conveniently and safely in select cases.
