Abstract
Primary sclerosing cholangitis is an uncommon condition with few cases reported in pregnancy. We present the case and outcome of a 28-year-old female presenting in her second pregnancy with new onset liver dysfunction, eventually diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis. She went into spontaneous preterm labour and delivered a healthy infant but has subsequently continued to deteriorate and underwent a liver transplant 11 months post-delivery.Entities:
