Abstract
Among the possible complications of stapedectomy for otosclerosis, cholesteatoma is extremely rare. We report a case which was secondary to implantation of keratinising squamous epithelium inadvertantly included in the fat graft taken from the ear lobe to seal the footplate.Entities:
