Abstract
Client satisfaction plays an important role in the assessment of health services quality used to establish institutional loyalty, usage patterns, word-of-mouth communications, and presumably to enhance the rate by which clients attain satisfactory levels of health. The makeup of attitude, its measurement, and a methodology for the production of a relevant health service-specific client satisfaction survey are presented.Mesh:
