Abstract
Introduction: The incidence of infection and scarring in intraoral raw wounds are decreased when wounds are grafted with biological materials. The favourable results of many studies about amniotic membrane in wound healing inspired us to investigate the effects of lyophilised amniotic membrane in intaoral surgical defects.
