Abstract

Three hundred cases of bone tumors of the hand, tumor-like lesions, and other bone lesions suggestive of a tumor in this site were selected from about 5500 bone tumors documented in the Bone Tumor Register of Westphalia between 1974 and 1983. The material was analyzed in terms of diagnosis, localization, surgical management, and post-operative complications.
