Abstract

A ureteral calculus was extracted ureteroscopically from a pelvic kidney in a child who had undergone two open pyelolithotomies, bladder reconstruction of cloacal exstrophy, and bilateral cross-trigonal ureteral reimplantations (Cohen procedure).
