Abstract
Objective: Ameloblastoma is a benign odontogenic tumor that may lead to ameloblastic carcinoma. This study aimed to determine potential signaling pathways and biological processes, critical genes and their regulating transcription factors (TFs), and miRNAs, as well as protein kinases involved in the etiology of primary ameloblastoma.Entities:

Figure 2Clustering analysis. These modules were identified using the MCODE plugin in a PPI network based on the DEGs in ameloblastoma compared to normal gingiva. The STRING database was the reference for the identification of interactions between proteins. The yellow circles represent the seed nodes in each cluster.
