Abstract
Erythromelalgia is a disabling syndrome of paroxysmal vasodilation affecting the feet, hands and face characterised by patient's cooling behaviour to achieve symptom relief. It can be primary or secondary and although a rare disorder it has been described in children and adolescents. We describe the case of a 14-year-old female diagnosed with primary erythromelalgia successfully treated with aspirin, amitriptyline, and carbamazepine.Entities:
