In male physicians, one case of each type of malignant neoplasm: small intestine; rectum; other and unspecified parts of biliary tract; thymus; bladder; other and ill-defined sites; follicular (nodular) non-Hodgkin lymphoma; diffuse non-Hodgkin lymphoma; myeloid leukemia; and other leukemias of specified cell type. In female physicians, one case of each type of malignant neoplasm: other and ill-defined digestive organs; malignant melanoma of skin; and ovary. Three cases of risks and exposure: one case of accidental poisoning by and exposure to noxious substances and others of unspecified event, undetermined intent.
