Abstract
Two patients with vascular leiomyomas of the hand are reported. These lesions are probably not as rare as the literature suggests. There are three pathologic types--solid, cavernous, and venous type tumors. All are composed of smooth muscle bundles surrounding vascular channels.Entities:
