Bilateral aseptic necrosis of the lunate in systemic sclerosis.

Abstract

A case of scleroderma with severe Raynaud's phenomenon and vasculitis is presented, in whom bilateral aseptic necrosis of the lunate bones developed. To my knowledge, this is the first such case in the literature.
