Abstract
PURPOSE: Impaired quality of life (QOL) including reduced physical fitness is a recognized late effect of hemopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). Guided exercise and mindfulness-based stress management (MBSM) programs have shown promise, mainly in the inpatient setting.
