Abstract
Recurrent ulceration and colopericardial fistula as late complications of colon interposition occurred in a 48-year-old man who had undergone left colon antiperistaltic interposition for esophageal stricture caused by lye corrosion. To our knowledge, this complication has not been reported previously. Although its etiological process remains to be elucidated, this rare entity should be kept in mind after colonic interposition.Entities:
