Abstract
The case of a twenty-nine-year-old white male with massive post-ejaculation hematuria, an entity distinct from hemospermia, is described. The site of bleeding was found to be large varicosities located at the apex of the prostate. Fulguration of the veins produced complete resolution of the bleeding.Entities:
