Successful resection of choroid plexus papillomas diagnosed at birth: report of two cases.

T Tomita, T P Naidich.

Abstract

The authors report two cases of large, vascular choroid plexus papillomas that were detected at birth and surgically excised shortly thereafter. Both patients made excellent recovery and demonstrate normal psychomotor development. Experience suggests that it is proper to be aggressive in managing these benign neonatal tumors.
